We ran this for a stint at the Bozeman Farmer’s Market and everyone loved it, so much that it became a favorite with our local dinner service, and we sure the love will spread as we deliver this across the country! Bulgogi is a Korean dish with a richly marinated thinly sliced pork (say that 10x fast!), that is traditionally served with rice and assorted fresh vegetables in a bowl.

Thaw in the fridge 1-2 days before reheating. Remove the plastic film before reheating. Bake in the oven at 350˚F, covered with tin foil, for 35 to 45 minutes or until warmed throughout. Heat until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F. Add an order of our Cilantro Lime Rice to make is a meal. Thaw times and reheating times may vary.
