What is Orders Up?

Orders Up is a convenient and reliable meal delivery service that brings delicious frozen chef prepared meals right to your doorstep. And what sets apart from our competitors is that we provide “Truly Family Style Meals” that are fully prepared so your whole family can enjoy the same meal, maybe even at the table. We deliver our meals in specifically designed trays that can go right into your oven or microwave they are even reusable. All meals are fully cooked and come with simple reheating instructions.

How does Orders Up work?
  • Step 1: Exploring the Menu

    • Take a moment to have a look at our full menu online to discover a delightful array of offerings.
    • Select the dishes that you are excited to try by adding them to the shopping cart.
  • Step 2: Calculating Quantities

    • Add your selections to the cart and remember the item count in your cart needs to be in multiples of 5 not including gift boxes and cards.
    • Why 5? It’s our secret formula to snug-as-a-bug shipping.
    • Embrace the fives: 5, 10, 15, 20… you get the picture.
  • Step 3: Checkout

    • When you’re ready, and have your formula of fives, proceed to the shopping cart to start checking out.
    • Once you begin the shipping process, it’s to provide us with your shipping, billing and payment information.
  • Step 4: Now It’s Our Turn

    • We’ll construct your personal box with the order you have placed. We pack and ship orders every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
    • If you’re fashionably late and order after 8:00 am on Wednesday, don’t sweat – your food will leave our kitchen on the next Monday.
  • Step 5: Ice-cold Adventure

    • Your meals ship frozen with an icepack to help keep your meals cold.
    • If your meals arrive slightly frosty or defrosted, no worries – as soon as they arrive, just put them in the freezer.
    • When you are ready to enjoy the meals, follow the instructions on the bottom of your meal. It’s best to Give them a chance to thaw in your refrigerator before you re-heat them.

Is Orders Up's packaging sustainably sourced?

Shipping frozen entrees has never been more efficient and eco-friendly. Our innovative approach combines convenience, cost-effectiveness, and environmental responsibility to deliver frozen meals directly to your doorstep. Our shipping process involves careful consideration of packaging materials and box configuration to ensure the preservation of product quality while minimizing shipping costs. What is the delivery area for Orders Up?

All orders are shipped FREE with FedEX 2 Day  Air to everywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

For optimal delivery timing, we suggest placing your order about a week ahead of when you’ll require the meals. Upon receiving your order, we’ll make every effort to dispatch your box on the next business day. Subsequently, the shipping duration via FedEx Air takes around 2 days.

If you’re ordering these meals for a vacation rental stay, kindly acquaint yourself with our shipping timetable. We ship meals on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. For instance, meals sent out on Monday will arrive on Wednesday. Orders placed after 8 AM mountain time on Wednesday will be scheduled for shipping on the following Monday.

How is my order shipped?

Orders Up boxes ship with FedEx 2-Day and dispatch from our kitchen on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of each week. Please add in an extra day for arrival due to unforeseen delays. We strongly encourage ordering early and allowing a little extra time for arrival. If you need your order on a Friday for the weekend, for example, order by Tuesday. We use FedEx 2-Day Shipping however, due to expected and unprecedented levels of FedEx shipping demand through the holidays, as well as unpredictable weather, we cannot be responsible for packages not arriving on a scheduled date. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

    • No restrictions on how many boxes you can include in your order.

    • Each box is meticulously packed to prevent any shifting during transit.
    • This tight arrangement also serves to maintain the items’ cold temperature.
Can I customize my meals or make special requests?

Recognizing that individual tastes and dietary requirements differ, we’ve taken extensive steps to encompass a diverse range of menu and dietary choices. We remain committed to introducing fresh menu selections in an ongoing effort to enhance variety and cater to your needs.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We take allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. Our menu provides detailed information about allergens and ingredients. You can filter meals based on dietary preferences to find options that suit your needs.

How are the meals prepared?

Our skilled chefs prepare meals using high-quality, fresh ingredients. Meals are cooked, packaged, immediately chilled, and frozen to maintain their flavor, nutrition, and safety. We have gone through great lengths to make the ingredient list as simple as possible. Check out our cheesecake, we make the graham cracker because we could not find a clean one to use. We hope you feel good about eating meals with simple ingredients just like your grandma made for you!

Can I schedule recurring orders?

We’re not a subscription deal – nope, *we won’t send you food unless you tell us to. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a delightful surprise to your favorite human, we’ve got your back. Our ultimate goal? Wooing you with such culinary charm that you’ll keep coming back for seconds, thirds, and a bunch more of our delicious and convenient family meals!

How are the meals delivered?

Meals are delivered in specially designed packaging to maintain freshness and quality. They are delivered Monday – Saturday via FEDEX AIR. No Sunday delivery.

What if I'm not home during the delivery?

Every single meal gets the VIP treatment – wrapped up snug in Green Cell Foam insulation and sent on a chilly journey with an ice pack. You will receive as much up to date tracking and delivery information as we can give, so you’re in the know about when that bundle of delicious meals will land at your door, that way you can get them back in the freezer as soon as possible, especially on those warm days. And… as soon as your order leaves our kitchen, you will be able to track your order through FEDEX tracking details on your account page.

How do I reheat the meals?

Each meal comes with detailed reheating instructions. Most meals can be easily reheated in an oven or microwave. Instructions are included on the packaging and can also be found on our website.

Are the meals shipped frozen?

Absolutely! We’ve got your back – we have designed our box, insulation liner, and ice pack to try to keep your meals as cold as possible until they reach your doorstep. When your meals arrive, make sure they find a cozy spot in your refrigerator or freezer right away. When you are ready to enjoy your meals, flip to the bottom of each entrée for defrosting and reheating instructions.
