Beef Enchiladas Bake
Layers of beef enchilada filling, melty cheese house made red enchilada sauce, and organic corn tortillas. Our version of a Mexican cuisine favorite!
Ingredients
Enchilada Sauce:Water, Chili Powder, Olive Oil, Flour, Chicken Base (Chicken Broth, Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Chicken Fat, Corn Starch, Citric Acid, & Natural Flavor), Salt, Garlic, Cumin, & Oregano.
Enchilada Bake:Monterey Jack Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, & Enzymes) Beef, Onion, Green Onion, Green Chiles, Corn Tortillas, Cilantro, & Salt.
Reheating Instructions
Thaw in the fridge 1-2 days before reheating. Remove the plastic film before reheating. Bake in the oven at 350˚F, covered with tin foil, for 35 to 45 minutes or until warmed throughout, if desired remove the tin foil for the last 5-10 minutes to brown the cheesy top. Heat until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F. Add an order of our pumpkin bars for a spiced finish to your meal and serve with a fresh mixed green salad to add a little dash of freshness. Thaw times and reheating times may vary.
