Italy would be proud of us! This sauce is authentic as American’s can make it and we are very proud of it … Chef’s daughter calls to ask if she can have some for dinner it’s one of her favorites. If you haven’t had a true Bolognese sauce you must, like right now! It is packed with tomato flavor that is hard to put into words and the meat is spread throughout every bite. You really don’t even need the noodles, but it is a fun addition and of course a haystack of parmesan cheese, cause why not?!
Ingredients
Tomato, Beef Ground, Pork Ground, Whole Milk, Carrots, Celery, Onion, White Wine, Butter, Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, & Nutmeg.
Reheating Instructions
Thaw in the fridge 1-2 days before reheating. Remove the plastic film before reheating. Open pouch and pour into medium saucepan or skillet. Reheat over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed throughout. Heat until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F. To make it an unforgettable meal add an order of our Pappardelle Pasta and end the meal with either our New York Style Cheesecake or Flourless Chocolate Torte.
